Recipe - Baked Crab Shell

Baked Crab Shell
In Portuguese Sauce

Serves four
Ingredients
Cleaned and emptied crab shell 4 pcs Butter 20gm
Coconut milk 60gm Crab meat cooked400gm
Portuguese sauce 40 gm (available in shop) Chopped onion 200gm


Batter
1 egg, plain flour (150gm),water and butter(20gm), mixed well until smooth

Method
Stir chopped onions until dried, put aside.
Heat up coconut and Portuguese sauce in pan with slow heat and put aside
Melt butter in pan and add 40gm of plain flour, cooked chopped onions, coconut and Portuguese sauce mixes, and crab meat, stir fried in medium heat for 7-10 minutes and let it cool down.
Stuff crab shells with cold stuffing, add batter on top and bake at 220 dergee for 20minutes until it turns yellow.
Ready to serve
