Crab & Prawn Penne - Recipe

Prawn & Crab Penne
Serves 4
Ingredients
1kg of green prawn meat olive oil
500g of crab meat 2 cloves of garlic
1 red chili de-seeded capsicum
pinch of sea salt lemon juice
pre-cooked al dente penne pasta
Directions
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté prawns. Add garlic, salt, chili, capsicum and crab meat and deglaze with lemon juice.
Place pre-cooked penne pasta in pan and toss through. Finish with fresh chopped parsley.
Plate in pasta bowl, garnish with lemon wedges and a chive knot.
